Preferred Treatment: The Pro Plum Service Agreement entitles you to prompt emergency service and preferential scheduling of preventative maintenance and routine services. Tailored to Your Needs and Budget: You set the number of preventative maintenance calls and type of plan per year, which determines the cost of the plan. Price Protection: You approve any work we recommend before we start which save you money because we charge by the job and not the hour. We are here for You: Plan members save on Emergency Service. Non-plan Members pay a fee of $189.95 for Emergency Service. As a plan member, you save $100.00, during Emergency Hours: Mon.-Fri., 4:00 pm-7:30 am, Sat.- after 12 Noon, Sun.- all day, not to mention you also save on Emergency Service Fees (No Overtime Charges).
